MADE FOR OPERATORS

Less guessing.
More making.

FiringFolio is a manual operations ledger, not a kiln controller or a certified chain-of-custody system. It keeps one studio's records private from another's, and makes the handoff history visible.

Start with one kiln and one batch. Track a few pieces before importing historical work.

EARLY PILOT OFFER · NOT YET ACCEPTING PAYMENTS

Simple enough to start.

Assisted studio setup$149 proposed one-time

One kiln, one workflow and up to 50 sample or authorized historical pieces. No recurring plan or checkout is active.

FIELD GUIDE

How to use FiringFolio.

1. Create your kiln

Enter a short kiln name and capacity in shelf units. This is a planning limit, not a safety or engineering specification.

2. Open a firing batch

Choose the kiln, type, cone label and scheduled date. The app does not operate or validate physical firing conditions.

3. Intake and assign pieces

Record each piece and maker alias, then assign to a planned or loading batch. Capacity is enforced within a database transaction.

4. Move through stages

Advance batches in order. Ready pieces can be marked collected manually. Download a CSV before any local backup or migration.

JOURNAL / FIELD NOTES

Small studios.
Big queues.

Why we start with a paper-to-digital handoff

Many ceramics teams already know their kiln workflow. The first useful software step is preserving clear, operator-controlled records rather than imposing a new booking and payments platform.

Editorial note, October 2026. No performance claims or customer testimonials.

CONTACT / PILOT INQUIRY

Talk kiln-room operations.

No monitored support inbox or public contact delivery has been configured. The private in-app support form stores a note for the operator but does not send email. Please do not submit personal or confidential information to an unverified preview.
